I grew up eating Greek, Turkish and Italian dishes at home.
But my mother had a recipe for a Greek salad I had never heard of: a sweet and savory Greek salad with feta cheese.
I have never seen that recipe in a cookbook, so I decided to make my own version.
The result is a rich, creamy salad with plenty of vegetables, tomatoes, feta and onions.
