First, you’ll start with a mixture of eggs, sour cream, guacAMONI salsa, chili powder and cumin.
Mix everything together in a bowl, and add in the sour cream.
Add in the guac.
Then add in a little bit of the sour milk.
Add a little of the cinnamon.
(The recipe I used in the recipe below has cinnamon, sugar and water added.)
Mix everything until you’ve got a smooth batter.
Add some salsa and mix it all together until you have a nice, sticky mixture.
Then, pour it all into a bowl and spread it out over the tortillas.
You’ll have a pretty thick batter.
(If you want a thicker batter, use a measuring cup.)
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 25 minutes, or until the tortilla has set.
Cool for a few minutes before eating.
