The last few weeks have been extremely busy for the anti-inflammatory food industry, with sales of anti-inflammatories soaring and the FDA announcing its intent to phase out some of the more dangerous antibiotics used in the industry.

In the midst of all that, a lot of people have been asking: why are there so many antibiotics in anti-inflamatory foods?

And the answer is simple: because they are.
