Let’s get started.

#2: Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachios and Truffle Oil Recipe from Food Network World Food #2 Best Food: Chocolate chip cookies with pistachios, coconut oil, and chocolate chips Recipe from “The Food Network Food Network” episode #1, “Cooking with Coconut Oil” episode, “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” episode This is the first recipe we’ve included on the list.

We’ve got Pistachio, chocolate chips, coconut butter, and pistachio powder.

You can also add cocoa powder and honey if you like.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup pistachias, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1/4 cup) 1 cup shredded coconut 1 tablespoon coconut oil 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/8 teaspoon salt Directions: In a medium bowl, combine the coconut oil and chocolate.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, and beat on medium-low speed until fluffy.

You should be able to feel the batter coming together when it hits the paddle, and it should be light and fluffy.

Transfer the batter to a wire rack to cool completely.

Meanwhile, make the pistachiolo.

In the bowl that came with your mixer, whisk the pistaciolo until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips and pistacias to the bowl with the pistacon mixture.

Fold in the cocoa powder.

Add to the chocolate mixture and beat until combined.

Fold the pista mixture into dough and flatten.

You want to make sure you don’t get too many crumbs in there because that will create a lumpy texture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the toothpick from the center, then turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and cut in half to make an even layer.

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Nutrition Information: Serving size: 1/3 cup (about 8 pistachia)
