  • FOR STUFFING:
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1-inch finely chopped ginger
  • 2 finely chopped Chili
  •  4 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 2 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ tsp  crushed pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • For Frying:
  • oil for deep frying

Momos recipe step by step

  • firstly, prepare stuffing through heating 3 tsp oil and saute three clove garlic, 1-inch ginger and a couple of chilies.
  • Also, upload 2 tbsp spring onion and saute on the excessive flame.
  • Further, upload 1 cup carrot and a pair of cup cabbage. Stir fry on an excessive flame.
  • Now add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt.
  • Additionally, 2 tbsp spring onion and stuffing mixture is ready.
  • Now, pinch a small ball sized momos dough and flatten.

  • 2 cup of water
  • 3 tomato, ripened
  • 4 dried red chili
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 5 blanched almonds/badam
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Momos Chutney recipe step by step

  • Firstly, in a deep bottom pan, take 2 cup water and upload three tomatoes, 4 dried red chilies.
  • Boil for five mins or till tomatoes begins peeling its skin.
  • settle down the blanched tomatoes and chili.
  • Once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomatoes.
  • transfer the peeled tomatoes and purple chili into a blender.
  • also upload four clove garlic, 1-inch ginger.
  • Further, upload five almonds to have a very good thickness to the sauce.
  • additionally upload 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp soy sauce.
  • The mixture to easy paste without including water.
  • Finally, momos chutney is ready to revel in with wheat momos or veg momos.
