Homemade Pizza Base is healthy and make a good and delicious taste to our pizza.
- For Pizza Dough :
- 3/4 cup of warm water
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 3.5 cup of bread flour or all-purpose floor
- 0.5 tbsp dried basil leaves
- 2tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- For Pizza dough:
- Take a large bowl and combine 1 cup of flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Then, add basil leaves as well.
- Add olive oil and warm water in it and then stir very well by using a wooden spoon.
- Then, add 1 cup of flour gradually and if needed add any additional flour and stirring until the dough is forming.
- The dough should be slightly sticky but still, managed by your hands.
- Drizzle a large clean bowl generously with oil and use a brush to brush up the sides with oil.
- Now, dust your hands with flour and then form round ball dough and transferred it to the oil brushed bowl.
- By, using your hands roll the pizza dough inside the bowl and then cover the bowl and place it in a warm place.
- Allow it to rise until doubled in size.
- once the dough has risen, gently deflate it by using your hands and transferred it to a lightly floured surface and kneed until it smooth.
- Use your hands to work the dough into 12″ circle.
- Transfer dough to a parchment paper-lined pizza pan and pinch the edges to form a crust.
- Drizzle additional olive oil over the top of the pizza and use your brush to brush the oil on the entire surface of the pizza.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza.
